These terms apply when you use Love Genie. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Love Genie provides AI-generated relationship communication guidance, free reveal content, and paid approach-builder outputs. Outputs are generated from the information you provide and may be incomplete or wrong.

Not professional advice

Love Genie is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, financial, crisis, safeguarding, or domestic-abuse advice. Do not rely on it where safety, legal rights, health, or urgent wellbeing are at stake. If you feel unsafe, contact emergency services or specialist support.

Subscriptions and billing

• The paid plan is £19/month, billed monthly through Stripe unless cancelled.
• By checking out, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method monthly until cancellation.
• Entitlement to the approach builder is tied to an active/trialing subscription in our Stripe/Supabase records.
• You are responsible for keeping your email and payment method up to date.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime. The preferred cancellation route is the Stripe customer portal where available; if you cannot access it, email support@mylovegenie.com from the email used at checkout and we will cancel the subscription. Access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period unless the subscription is cancelled/refunded immediately.

Refunds and guarantee

If something goes wrong with checkout or entitlement, contact us at support@mylovegenie.com. Refunds are assessed case by case. This does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have.

Your responsibilities

• Do not submit illegal, abusive, or unsafe content.
• Do not use Love Genie to harass, manipulate, threaten, stalk, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, authentication, or security controls.

AI outputs

You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use generated suggestions. Review and adapt any draft before sending it. We do not guarantee any relationship outcome.

Account and data

Your account is linked to your email and authentication session. See the Privacy Policy for how relationship and psychological data is processed.
